This multigeneration corporation needed larger conference room to communicate with multiple offices, team meetings and client presentations. New layout and modern neutral palette infuses elegance into the space, welcoming clients, guests and employees into an energizing environment. Local Bay views are maximized with glass enclosed conference room upon entering directly off the elevator while materials of quartz tie all the rooms together with custom table, reception desk, and renovation of existing coffee bars. Linear LED light fixtures upgrade the space while being more efficient and offering an interior that welcomes all!

A leading business firm in South Texas, Branscomb Law is committed to the highest quality and professionalism and integrity for all of their clients. Post pandemic business found that employees were able to keep the continuity and pride in their work, with offices that offered flexibility for the entire staff and keep the relationships of trust and confidence that their clients have come to expect.
Renovating a full floor for the law firm meant they were able to keep most of the original stained mahogany wood work, and uncovering all of the mesquite wood flooring, while updating the wall finishes and new carpeting with a modern clean aesthetic. Circulation corridors have maximized the natural daylighting with glass, and used partial opaque coatings to maintain visual privacy.
The elevator lobby opens directly to the reception area and offers an opportunity for a revolving art gallery, that changes quarterly. A custom reception desk was designed at their previous location was able to be relocated. The lighting and art, and original wood columns lend to the sophistication of their new space.
Multiple conference rooms, that capture the views of the bays, bridges and rivers from the 23rd floor of prestigious high rise, and available to also serve as “jump” rooms for attorneys who have need for hoteling at the office during the week. Side workstations are easily located to move from desk to conference table for highest efficiency.
Offices have been designed with new custom desks that are all the same size, and offer each occupant the option for standing or sitting height desk. The designer and tenant worked closely with the furniture manufacturer to optimize the universal size for each office.

Obstetrical & Gynecological Associates of Corpus Christi has served South Texas for 30 years, and the small group of physicians were ready for a refresh of their existing offices. The physicians keep up to date with the fast paced technological changes offered in women’s services and wanted their offices to reflect a modern image with the warmth of the excellent personal care of their practice.
The scope included selection of all the architectural details, finishes and furniture. Cool colors we incorporated in the furniture along with crisp clean whites and light grays in the walls, and warm neutral wood vinyl flooring throughout the space.
The reception area reflects their image with a new custom built-in desk with quartz tops, and custom gypsum board 3-D panels in the desk and accent walls. Framed photographs of local seascapes, shells and fauna enhance a calming and familiar atmosphere for patients.
Podiatry Clinic

A thriving Podiatry Clinic relocated and needed a minor remodel in an existing space to welcome patients, while upgrading the flow and communication. A central core was developed for easy collaboration of Staff and Provider, adding glass for easy sight lines but keeping acoustical privacy. Upgraded finishes of Luxury Vinyl Flooring, frosted glass and new built-in workstations created a supporting environment for both patients and staff.
We work to help create spaces that work toward a collaborative intention, creating opportunities to solve individual, and firm wide, goals in an aesthetic oriented interior design. Because it’s what’s inside that matters!
